Julie Osborne

Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board

Experience:  Extensive experience across a range of sectors including in excess of 25 years in financial services. Julie holds academic qualifications in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney. She currently serves on the boards of Auto & General Insurance Company Limited, NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager, Police Bank Limited, and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research.

In her executive career, Julie was an Executive Director at Westpac Banking Corporation where she led the Structured Finance business within the Treasury Division and served on various Westpac Group subsidiary companies in Australia and the United States. Julie chairs the Assetinsure Board Audit and Compliance Committee and as well as the Board Group Investment Committee.
